About Dr. Molly Dietrich

My path to psychology began with a fascination for the quiet strength found in the human spirit. Having navigated my own journey toward healing, I was drawn to the profound impact of compassionate listening and evidence-based support. Today, I am dedicated to providing a calm, reassuring space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Together, we will work through life's complexities, honoring your unique story while cultivating the resilience and clarity you need to move forward with peace.

Credentials & Experience

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.)

I completed my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited university, called the California School or Professional Psychology at Alliant University, in San Diego.  This means that my education included four years of graduate school and six years of applied training.

Therapeutic Philosophy

My approach is rooted in the belief that psychological care is a journey of discovery. I strive to provide a safe, reassuring environment where your values are honored, and growth is nurtured through empathy and clinical evidence.

My theoretical orientations are: Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
